Foggy Reef is at the southern end of Lonsdale Wall and very prone to the incoming swell from Bass Strait. It starts as round 12 meters supporting excellent kelp cover amid rocky reef. Prolific fish life inhabit the trenches where vibrant corals and other invertebrates flourish. Best dived on the ebb slack when the incoming tide brings divers back into the bay rather than taking them out to sea.
